We know that diverse organizations outperform the market, yet we can’t effectively nourish high performance and creativity without actually embodying inclusive leadership.
Being a good coach is the most important attribute of a top performing manager. Amid teams with differences in identities, perspectives and practices, we need to bring the lens of equity and inclusion to the practice of coaching and mentorship.
In this 1-day training, we’ll focus on two core areas to be a more effective coach and mentor:
Empathy, 1:1s & Equitable Listening Empathy, 1:1s & Equitable Feedback
In this training, you’ll gain vocabulary, tactics and tools alongside real embodied practice, role play and vulnerable discussion to be a more impactful and inclusive leader for your creative teams. You will be invited to partake in optional meditation and movement exercises throughout the day to support integration of the course material.
