AggCenna Mawhinny is a graphic designer based in St. Louis who focuses on elevating brands through visual storytelling. She emphasizes the importance of designing for good causes and promoting sustainable design solutions. Her illustrative work stems from the observation of playfulness in nature. She focuses on website development, web design, branding, and enjoys the occasional role of art director. Photography, museum visits, and being in the great outdoors are favorite free time activities.

Where do you find inspiration?

I find inspiration through humanity’s interaction with the evolving ecosystem.


What do you love most about working in your field?

I love the process of research and creating concepts that fosters the solution.


Who is your creative hero and why?

Hayao Miyazaki has inspired me ever since I was child. His compassion for nature and ideas of humanity cultivated my inspiration for designing for good causes.

How do you recharge your creative energy?

I recharge my creative energy through immersing myself in nature. It’s always nice to take a break and find creativity within the small things around us. I also draw inspiration through connecting with other artists.

To implement more motion graphics and videography into my work
