As creatives, we're trained to solve problems with "out of the box" solutions that make the best of the situations that we're given. When 2020 forced us all home, and forced us all to reconfigure the status quo of our day to day, the leaders featured in this panel discussion took on the challenge like they would any other. Each of their journeys is unique, and each of them found out things about themselves and the importance of their community throughout the process. Join us as we have a conversation with these folks about what changed and what didn't in the last few years.

Scott Huegerich

Scott Huegerich serves as the Managing Partner of Aligned Media, a St. Louis based media production company formed in 2015 with partners Bryan Arnold and Scott Smith. He is a 20-time Mid-American Emmy Award winning producer and director. He has produced work for clients such as AT&T, Conagra Foods, Enterprise Rent A Car, John Deere, Microsoft, Miller Brewing Company, Nestle Purina, Rawlings and Southwest Airlines.

In addition to his Mid American Emmys, Huegerich has also been awarded the Missouri Humanities Council Governor’s Award and a Cine Golden Eagle.

David Johnson

An award-winning Executive Producer, David Johnson possesses the entrepreneurial expertise to originate and realize creative vision, with the natural-born leadership to direct content strategy. David's branded entertainment experience covers all mediums - from television, to digital, film, mobile/tablet based apps, social media campaigns, and experiential marketing for some of the world's most recognized brands.

Chelsey Farris

Chelsey Farris is an illustrator and graphic designer based in St. Louis, Missouri. Her work can be characterized by bold color palettes and flat, minimal illustrations. She currently is the Creative Director at Panzura, a hybrid, multi-cloud data management company in Silicon Valley. She also freelances part-time and is represented by the illustration agency Astound US Inc. Some of her passions include traveling, hiking, coffee, reading, fitness, and eating her weight in pizza.

Quinton Ward

Quinton Ward, is a multidiscipline artist, designer, and connector. His passions and work are at the intersection of art, design, community, and relationship. He is a 2019 graduate of Webster University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts emphasis in Graphic Design. He is currently the Senior Manager of the MetroMarket at Operation Food Search, a metro bus turned into a farmer market on wheels selling groceries at a reduced cost in neighborhoods with limited food access.
